Aharam AI Terms and Conditions

To use Aharam AI, you must be at least 13 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You may create an account using your email, phone number, or third-party login (Google, Apple, Facebook, or WiseIN ID). You must provide accurate and current information during registration and keep it updated to ensure smooth usage of the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you should notify us immediately at support@aharamai.com

Aharam AI provides the following features:

• Searching for dishes, restaurants, or locations

• Viewing restaurant profiles, menus, and photos

• Reading and posting reviews in text, photo, or video format

• Chatting directly with restaurants

• Accessing external links to third-party food delivery platforms (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato)

• Following food creators and friends to see their activity

• Joining food communities or events such as festivals or meetups

Please note: Aharam AI does not provide food delivery, payment processing, or table booking services.

When using Aharam AI, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful and genuine purposes

• Post honest reviews that reflect your real experiences

• Respect other users, food creators, and restaurant partners

• Follow all applicable laws and regulations in your region

You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews

• Upload offensive, abusive, or illegal content

• Misuse the chat feature for spam, harassment, or unrelated promotions

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer Aharam AI's systems

Restaurants that register on Aharam AI must provide accurate details such as name, address, menu, images, and certifications (if required). Providing false or misleading information may lead to suspension.

Restaurants may upload menus, images of their dishes, and add links to third-party delivery services such as Swiggy or Zomato. Aharam AI is not responsible for the accuracy, pricing, or availability of this content.

Restaurants are solely responsible for the content they post, including images, menu items, and offers. By uploading, restaurants confirm they have the legal right to share such content and that it does not violate intellectual property rights.

Restaurants may promote their listings, highlight popular dishes, or run paid campaigns within Aharam AI to boost visibility. Such promotions will be clearly marked for users.

Restaurants may receive aggregated analytics about user engagement, including popular dishes, views, saves, and review trends. These insights are designed to help restaurants improve their offerings.

Restaurant owners receive access to certain user data to enhance their service and understand customer preferences. The data shared includes:

• User profile information (name, profile picture, actual best accurate location)

• Reviews and ratings you have posted about their restaurant

• Your favorite dishes and saved items from their menu

• Engagement metrics (visits to their profile, menu views)

• Communication history through our chat feature

This data sharing helps restaurants:

• Provide personalized service and recommendations

• Understand customer preferences and popular dishes

• Respond appropriately to reviews and feedback

• Improve their offerings based on customer behavior.

Users may submit reviews in the form of text, photos, or videos. Reviews should be genuine, based on personal experiences, and relevant to the food or restaurant.

You retain ownership of the content you create. However, by posting on Aharam AI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform for promotional and operational purposes.

Reviews and posts must not include:

• Hate speech, harassment, or abusive language

• Fake or misleading claims

• Advertising unrelated to the restaurant or food industry

• Copyrighted material without permission

Aharam AI reserves the right to remove, edit, or restrict any content that violates these guidelines or applicable law. Repeat violators may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

Restaurants may publicly reply to user reviews. Such replies will appear alongside the original review and be visible to other users, allowing for open communication and feedback.

Aharam AI enables direct communication between users and restaurants. This feature is intended for inquiries, feedback, and clarifications about menus, dishes, or offers.

Restaurants may send promotional messages, offers, or links through chat. Users can control their notification preferences and opt out of receiving such messages if desired.

Users must not misuse the chat feature for harassment, abusive language, or spamming. Violations may lead to account suspension. Restaurants are also expected to maintain professionalism when interacting with users.

Users may follow food creators or friends to see their reviews and saved dishes. Users can also join local food communities or participate in event listings (such as food festivals or meetups). Content shared in these communities must follow the same guidelines as reviews.

Aharam AI may include links to external platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, or others. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their services, accuracy of content, or policies.

When you access third-party links, you are subject to their terms and conditions, not ours.

To help you discover nearby restaurants, Aharam AI uses multiple location services:

• **Google Maps Geocoding API**: Converts addresses into precise GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) so we can show you accurate restaurant locations and calculate distances.

• **IP Geolocation (ip-api.com)**: When you don't share your GPS location, we use your internet connection's IP address to estimate your approximate city/region location. This is a free service that helps provide location-based results without requiring device permissions.

• **Browser Geolocation**: With your permission, we can access your device's GPS to provide the most accurate nearby restaurant recommendations.

These services work together to ensure you always find restaurants near you, whether you're using GPS, Wi-Fi location, or just your general area. Your location data is used only for showing nearby restaurants and is never sold to third parties.

Aharam AI uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) by Google to send you real-time notifications about:

• **Restaurant Offers**: Special deals and promotions from restaurants you follow or are nearby

• **Chat Messages**: Direct messages from restaurants responding to your inquiries

• **Review Responses**: When restaurants reply to your reviews

• **Important Updates**: Platform announcements or account-related information

**How It Works:**

When you allow notifications in your browser or app, Firebase creates a secure token (like a unique ID) for your device. This token is stored in our database and used to send you personalized notifications. You can disable notifications anytime through your device settings or app preferences.

**Why Firebase?**

Firebase is Google's trusted notification service used by millions of apps worldwide. It's reliable, secure, and ensures you receive timely updates without draining your battery. We chose Firebase because it works across all devices and browsers seamlessly.

Firebase processes notification delivery on our behalf but does not access your personal messages or data. Only the notification title, message, and basic routing information is shared with Firebase for delivery purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms or the Privacy Policy

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities

• Misuse platform features such as reviews, communities, or chat

You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us. Please note that certain public content (such as reviews) may remain visible to preserve the integrity of the platform.

Termination results in the loss of access to your account and associated data. However, legal obligations and rights that accrued prior to termination will continue to apply.
